Terms & Conditions


All orders are shipped from our studio in Connecticut. A flat shipping charge of $5.00 will be added to your order at checkout. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number and the list of items purchased.

All orders placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days, pending availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Please note that holidays and peak sales times may alter your shipment time. Tracking information will be updated one business day after your order has shipped.



Please note that all International Orders and any items purchased on sale are Final Sale and nonrefundable.



We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Redi-Pedi accepts domestic returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returned merchandise must be unworn, in the same condition as when it was received and include the original packaging and tags. Please be sure to return items in the clear bags in which they arrived.

This policy excludes final sale items and international orders.

To begin the returns process, please reach out to info@Redi-Pedi.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# to be processed.

Customers will be notified via e-mail when the return has been received, processed, and credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment. Refunds will include sales taxes if your order has been sent to a destination within the US. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed. Credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time.



If you receive your order and feel there is a quality issue or that it is defective within 14 days of purchase, you may contact info@Redi-Pedi.com to discuss available options. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
